PROFILE

Dr. Anne is the Founder & CEO of SALT. She has over 20 years’ experience, working as a Senior Resource / Consultant in many organizations including the HSBC group, 3 Global Services (a Hutchison Whampoa Company), Tata Capital, AIMIA & the Aditya Birla Group. Her body of work includes Training, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management, etc.

She has worked across the globe, including London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Indonesia and the Philippines, impacting and transforming individuals, teams, group & organizations. Her corporate stint being ‘Glocal’ (Global & Local), she respects local values, celebrates diversity and ensures global standards as she strategically aligns individual, team and organization needs and priorities, facilitating improved business effectiveness.

She is the current President of Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC), the leading organization of professional coaches in the Asia Pacific Region&a Member of the Research team that conducted the 4th Coaching Survey: An Asia Coaching Benchmark in China, Hong Kong and India.

As a Coach, she is authentic, direct & caring. She is eclectic in her approach using the frame work/tool that best fits the client. Having a rare combination of both Academic and Business Experience, her interventions are deep, insightful, outcome oriented & reflects new and best practices across the spectrum of Individual and Organizational Development
