She has worked across the globe, including London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Indonesia and the Philippines, impacting and transforming individuals, teams, groups & organizations. She is the current president of Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC), the leading organization of professional coaches in the Asia Pacific Region& a Member of the Research team that conducted the 4th Coaching Survey: An Asia Coaching Benchmark in China, Hong Kong and India.
